Terms of Service
By using SubmitVibeCode, you agree to our Terms of Service. SubmitVibeCode acts solely as a marketplace facilitator connecting buyers and sellers. We are not a party to any transaction and are not responsible for the quality, functionality, or legality of individual listings. All disputes are between buyer and seller. All sales are final.
Privacy Policy
We collect minimal personal data necessary to operate the platform: your email, name, and payment information (processed securely by Stripe). We do not sell your data to third parties. Analytics data is anonymized and used only to improve the platform experience.
Intellectual Property
Sellers retain copyright of their code. Buyers receive a license to use the code as specified in the listing. If you believe a listing infringes on your intellectual property, contact us at legal@submitvibecode.com and we will investigate promptly.
Dispute Resolution
All disputes are between the buyer and the seller. SubmitVibeCode is a marketplace facilitator and is not a party to any transaction. Buyers should contact the seller directly to resolve issues. If no resolution is reached within 14 days, either party may contact us at legal@submitvibecode.com for optional (non-binding) mediation. See our Terms of Service for full details.
